User Modes

In a microwave oven:  In a microwave oven: Heat it from 2 to 3 minutes in high power. If your microwave oven does not have a turning dish, turn the bag upside down in the middle of the time set.

Spray some drops of water on the thermal bag before heating it up. This will help it last longer and conserve the freshness of the herbs. Set the microwave to a maximum of 1 or 1 ½ minutes to reheat the thermal bag while it is still warm. This is to prevent over heating. The thermal bag can remain hot up to 45 minutes. Heating your thermal bag up in the microwave oven for more than 3 minutes will reduce its shelf life.

In a conventional oven:Preheat the oven to 400 F. Wrap the thermal bag in aluminum foil and heat it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, take it out, unwrap it carefully and use.
